The PADI Bubblemaker from 8 years 1 hour course
The Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – it’s the fun of blowing bubbles while scuba diving. Children aged 8 and over use scuba equipment to breathe underwater and swim in shallow water.
You must be at least 8 years old for this course. You must be able to swim and be in good physical condition. No previous diving experience is necessary.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving, from 10 years old – 3 hours course
Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but you’re not quite ready to take the plunge and do a certification course, then Discover Scuba Diving is for you. Although not a certified diving course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it’s like to explore the underwater world.
For this course you must be at least 10 years old. You must be able to swim and be in good physical health. No previous diving experience is necessary.
PADI Open Water Dive, from age 10 – 3 days course
If you’ve always wanted to scuba dive, experience an unparalleled adventure and see the world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI Junior Open Water Diver course – the most popular and widely recognised scuba diving course in the world. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive with this course and continue to discover the wonders of the aquatic world.
For this course you must be at least 10 years old. You must be able to swim and be in good physical health. No previous diving experience is necessary.
PADI Adventure Diver, from age 12 – 2 days course
The Adventure Diver course is part of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course. Ever wanted to try digital underwater photography, fish identification or drysuit diving? There’s a long list of adventure dives you can discover in this programme. Complete three Adventure Dives and you’ll be certified as an Adventure Diver. This is a great opportunity to work with your instructor to develop your diving skills and gain more confidence. Discover what you love and enjoy diving even more.
For this course you must be at least 12 years old.
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, from age 12 – 2-days course
You don’t need to be an expert to take it – it’s designed to take you further into diving, so you can start straight after you’ve got your PADI Open Water Diver certification. The course allows you to develop your confidence and improve your techniques on a variety of Adventure Dives. You try out different specialities as you gain experience under the supervision of your PADI instructor. You record dives and develop your skills as you discover new ways to have fun diving.
The PADI Rescue Divers Course, from age 12 – 3 days course
Divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging but rewarding they’ve ever experienced. And why is that? Because you learn how to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others in times of need. During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practising problem-solving exercises until it becomes a reflex. What’s more, the course is really fun – it’s serious, but there’s a lot of laughter in the process.
Divers who have completed the Adventure Dive Underwater Orientation can enrol on the Rescue Diver course.
The PADI Divemaster Course, from the age of 18
Want to share your passion with other divers? Take the PADI Divemaster course and launch your career.
The PADI Divemaster course is your first level of professional training. Working closely with our PADI Instructor, you’ll improve your diving skills and hone your rescue skills to anticipate and solve common problems with ease. You’ll learn about diving, management and supervision to become a role model for divers around the world.
Any PADI Rescue Divers aged 18 or over can enrol on the PADI Divemaster course. As a PADI Divemaster, you will be required to direct and supervise scuba diving activities while participating in diver training.
You must also have the following knowledge and documents:
– primary and secondary emergency care (CPR and first aid) within the last 24 months
– a medical declaration signed by a doctor within the last 12 months.
– at least 40 logged dives to start the course and 60 dives to obtain certification.
Emergency First Response
The aim of Emergency First Response training is to boost the confidence of non-professional first aiders so that they are more likely to act in a medical emergency. Participants learn simple steps to administer first aid and practice techniques in a relaxed learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and enable you to get started straight away.
